Warranty period

WONET Co., Ltd. guarantees against defects within 8 days.
Also, if the purchased product is unused, please contact the product manufacturer directly.

Warranty details

We guarantee the following contents only during the warranty period of 8 days or less.

Repair
If it can be repaired by initializing or changing settings, it will be handled by repair.
exchange
If it is impossible or difficult to repair, it will be replaced with the same product if it is in stock.
Refund
If it is difficult to repair it and it is difficult to prepare the same product, we will refund the full price.

*Please note that in any case, same-day delivery by motorbike service is not possible. (Defective product, missing item, defective delivery, etc.)

About warranty

If it is through or is caused by a third party (other than the purchaser), any software such as smartphone OS version, SIM card operation support, matters caused by telecommunications companies, battery life, etc. Used products battery is not covered by the warranty.

Return/refund method in case of initial failure

  1. Please tell us the IMEI number of the device and the details of the defect by phone.Please tell us the model of the purchased product, the purchase price, etc.
